Q: How do I return a damaged item?
A: Please report any damage immediately via phone or email. Send us photos of the damaged item(s) and describe the condition of both the packaging and product. We will strive to replace or refund the item as soon as possible.

Q: Can I return a product?
A: Yes, you may return your order within 15 days for a refund, as long as it meets our return policy criteria.

Q: What if I refuse delivery of a package?
A: We cannot support order cancellation after delivery. If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for any fees incurred.

Q: How fast do you ship products and when will I receive my order?
A: Standard shipping is via EMS or UPS, and delivery times range from 3 to 28 business days, depending on destination, holidays, weather, and customs processing. Once your package is picked up, you will receive a tracking number via email.
