📅 Warranty Coverage

  • All products purchased from BattleFalcon Archery come with a 1-year standard warranty.
  • For key components (such as core structural or mechanical parts), we provide a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

⚙️ Warranty Service Conditions

  • Warranty service may be free of charge if the issue is caused by manufacturing defects or product quality problems.
  • If the issue is caused by misuse, improper maintenance, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications, repairs may still be offered, but charges will apply.
  • Warranty service does not cover consumable parts or normal wear and tear.

🔄 Warranty Process

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and a clear description of the issue (photos or videos recommended).
  3. Our support team will confirm the problem and guide you through the warranty process.
  4. If a return is required, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
  5. After inspection, we will repair, replace, or advise on any service charges if applicable.

  • Please do not return products without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
  • Products must be returned in proper packaging to avoid further damage.
