📅 Warranty Coverage

All products purchased from BattleFalcon Archery come with a 1-year standard warranty.
For key components (such as core structural or mechanical parts), we provide a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

⚙️ Warranty Service Conditions

Warranty service may be free of charge if the issue is caused by manufacturing defects or product quality problems.
If the issue is caused by misuse, improper maintenance, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications, repairs may still be offered, but charges will apply.
Warranty service does not cover consumable parts or normal wear and tear.

🔄 Warranty Process

Provide your order number, product details, and a clear description of the issue (photos or videos recommended).
Our support team will confirm the problem and guide you through the warranty process.
If a return is required, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
After inspection, we will repair, replace, or advise on any service charges if applicable.
