If your country/region is not listed but you are able to place an order, it means we do support delivery to your location. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

A: We usually use DHL, UPS, and EMS for international delivery.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
A: Please contact us immediately after receiving the package and provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged packaging and product
• A short description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Q: Can I return a product?
A: Yes. You may return your order within 15 days of receipt for a refund, provided that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and does not affect secondary sales.

Q: What happens if I refuse delivery?
A: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If you refuse delivery, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs and customs clearance fees.

A: Each BattleFalcon compound bow is individually tuned, inspected, and tested for performance and accuracy before shipping. Therefore, processing time is usually 3–7 business days after we receive your order.

Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method:

North America

United States:
Free Shipping: 12–20 days, duties paid

Canada:
Shipping: 22–28 days, duties paid

United Kingdom

Free Shipping: 18–25 days, duties paid

European Union Countries

Shipping: 18–25 days, duties paid

Oceania

Australia & New Zealand:

Please note:
International shipping may be delayed due to customs inspection, customs clearance, shipping route arrangements, or local courier delivery conditions.

Tracking updates may not continue during sea or truck transportation. In some cases, there may be no tracking updates for more than 10 days. Tracking will usually update again after the package arrives in the destination country, clears customs, and is handed over to the local courier.
