Processing Time

Because every compound bow requires careful tuning, inspection, and precision testing to ensure optimal performance, orders are usually shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is received and all adjustments are completed.

Customs duties and import taxes are not included for countries/regions not listed above, unless clearly stated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, customs inspection, shipping routes, local courier operations, holidays, and other unforeseen factors.

During sea or truck transportation, tracking may not update in real time. In some cases, there may be no tracking updates for more than 10 days.

Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please note that tracking visibility may vary depending on the shipping method. For some free shipping routes, especially sea freight, tracking may not update continuously during transit and may only update again after the package arrives in the destination country and is handed over to the local courier.

Customs Clearance

Some countries may charge customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees.
