Eligible Returns & Exchanges

  • Products with quality issues (non-human damage) may be returned or exchanged within 15 days after delivery.
  • If the wrong item was shipped, we will replace it or issue a refund (return shipping costs covered by BattleFalcon).
  • If a parcel is lost or misdelivered by the carrier, we will resend or refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Requests made more than 15 days after delivery.
  • Non-quality reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong order): Returns may be accepted, but the buyer must bear round-trip shipping and customs fees.
  • Items that are used, damaged, washed, or missing original packaging/accessories.
  • Unauthorized returns (returned without prior approval).

Return Instructions

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at contact@battlefalconstore.com, providing your order number and issue description.
  2. Our customer service team will confirm and provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return address.
  3. Clearly write the RMA and order details on the package and include the invoice inside.
  4. After inspection, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • Do not return any parcel without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Products must remain new, unused, and in original condition with complete packaging and accessories.
  • For non-quality returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
